Review 360 Tans’ membership, cancellation, appointment, and content policies so you know exactly how freezes, billing, and service terms work. This page explains how to manage or cancel your membership, what to expect with appointments and late arrivals, and the cosmetic nature of our services. Please read before booking or making changes to your plan. For in-depth questions, call your location and a representative will assist:

Appointment & Service Policies
Cancellations & Rescheduling

We require at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice or no-shows will incur a charge equal to 100% of the scheduled service fee, or the service credit will be redeemed.
To cancel or reschedule:

Use your online booking portal, or
-
Call the location where your appointment was booked at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled time to avoid fees.
Late Arrivals

We book appointments in tight 5–10 minute increments to respect everyone's schedule.
Late arrivals:

Will not receive additional time beyond the scheduled appointment.

May have their service shortened or rescheduled if it interferes with the next client's appointment.

Are responsible for the full service fee.
Membership Policies
Freezes (Temporary Holds)
Need a break? Request a temporary freeze on your membership.
How to Request:

Submit a Membership Change Form via email to your registered location or in person at either Austin location. Forms can be requested by emailing your location.
Notice Required:

Requests must be received at least 5 days before your next billing date.
Duration:

Freezes are valid from 1 to 24 months.

During a freeze, billing is paused and membership credits and benefits are suspended. Membership sessions (e.g., monthly tans) will resume upon reactivation.

Freezes help you pause accruing credits, saving them for future use.
Cancellation
To cancel your membership:

Complete and submit a Membership Cancellation Form via email or in person. Forms can be requested by emailing your location.
Cancellation requests require one final auto-draft payment.
