BODY WRAP PREPARATIONS

  1. Attire Preparation

    • Wear Thick Cotton Clothing

    • Opt for loose-fitting, thick cotton pants and a long-sleeved sweater to maximize the benefits of the body wrap.

    • Avoid yoga pants as they may not provide the desired insulation

  2. Bring Change of Clothes:

    • Pack a set of clean clothes, including undergarments, to wear after your session for comfort and hygiene.

  3. Pre-Session Preparation

    • Hydration and Beverages

    • Avoid consuming iced, cold, and caffeinated beverages at least 4 hours before and after your session to optimize the effects of the body wrap.

  4. Anti-Aging Benefits

    • Consider enhancing your experience by combining NG’s Miracle Gel with a belly band to potentially boost anti-aging results.

  5. FILL OUT THE DISCLAIMER PROVIDED TO YOU VIA EMAIL

    • You may fill it out in person. If so, we do require you to arrive 5 min early to avoid service delays.
