All questions or booking needs to be done online or by phone. We ask that no one enters the salon unless you have an appointment. 

 

360 Tans Safety:

  • All 360 Tans team members will be wearing face shields and face masks.

  • We will no longer be greeting our guest with a hand shakes​

  • All quest entering the salon are required to wear a face mask.

Cleaning:

  • Prior to Covid-19 360 Tans cleaning procedures far exceeded any cleaning recommendations recommend by the State Health Department. However, we have ramped up our existing cleaning to several times a day and after every use.

  • Every area that a client visits will be wiped down prior to another client arriving: Front desk, restroom, inside service rooms, doors and much more.

Appointments:

  • Due to the safety of our team and guest all services will be booked for additional time. Along, with decreased availability we will have limited appointments.

  • When you arrive, we ask that you stay in your vehicle until the guest in our salon has left and we have completed sanitized our establishment.  We will contact you when we are ready to begin your appointment.

  • We require that every client administer a temperature check at home as we do not want your team to have to be so close administering to guest creating an unsafe environment for guest and 360 Team members. If you are running a temperature we will not be able to service, you and will go over the next procedures via phone/email contact.

  • When you arrive, we ask that you wash your hands prior to the service as our 360 Team members will be doing the same.  

  • We will not allow any extra guest in the salon that are do not have an appointment. This includes children and spouses.

  • Self-screen before going into a tanning salon for any of the following new or worsening signs or symptoms of possible COVID-19:

    • Cough

    • Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing

    • Chills

    • Repeated shaking with chills

    • Muscle pain

    • Headache

    • Sore throat

    • Loss of taste or smell

    • Diarrhea

    • Feeling feverish or a measured temperature greater than or equal to 100.0 degrees Fahrenheit

    • Known close contact with a person who is lab confirmed to have COVID-19

  • Individuals aged 65 or older are at a higher risk of COVID-19. To the extent possible, avoid contact within 6 feet with individuals aged 65 and older. Individuals aged 65 and older should stay at home as much as possible.

During appointments

  • We ask all guest to arrive wearing a face mask to help protect our 360 Team and themselves.

  • All 360 Team members will be wearing a face shield along with a face mask and washing their hands before and after every appointment.

Screening:

  • We will send home any employee or contractor who has any of the following new or worsening signs or symptoms of possible COVID-19: - Cough - Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing - Chills - Repeated shaking with chills - Muscle pain - Headache - Sore throat - Loss of taste or smell - Diarrhea - Feeling feverish or a measured temperature greater than or equal to 100.0 degrees Fahrenheit - Known close contact with a person who is lab confirmed to have COVID-19

The novel coronavirus, COVID-19, has been declared a worldwide pandemic by the World Health Organization. COVID-19 is extremely contagious and is believed to spread mainly from person-to-person contact. As a result, federal, state, and local governments and federal and state health agencies recommend social distancing and have, in many locations, prohibited the congregation of groups of people.

 360 Tans has put in place preventative measures to reduce the spread of COVID-19; however, 360 Tans cannot guarantee that you will not become infected with COVID-19. Further, visiting, entering any establishment and or receiving services at any 360 Tans could increase your risk of contracting COVID-19.

By visiting and entering any 360 Tans establishment you acknowledge the contagious nature of COVID-19 and voluntarily assume the risk that you may be exposed to or infected by COVID-19 by visiting and or receiving services at 360 Tans and that such exposure or infection may result in personal injury, illness, permanent disability, and death. You understand that the risk of becoming exposed to or infected by COVID-19 at 360 Tans may result from the actions, omissions, or negligence of yourself and others, including, but not limited to, 360 Tans employees, management, owners, and another guest. You voluntarily agree to assume all of the foregoing risks and accept sole responsibility for any injury to yourself (including, but not limited to, personal injury, disability, and death), illness, damage, loss, claim, liability, or expense, of any kind, that you may experience or incur in connection with your visit and or service at 360 Tans. On your behalf you hereby release, covenant not to sue, discharge, and hold harmless 360 Tans, its employees, agents, and representatives, of and from the Claims, including all liabilities, claims, actions, damages, costs or expenses of any kind arising out of or relating thereto. You understand and agree that this release includes any Claims based on the actions, omissions, or negligence of 360 Tans, its employees, agents, and representatives, whether a COVID-19 infection occurs before, during, or after participation in any 360 Tans visit or service.
